News Mash: No matter how you look at it, this is just horrible for New York!

The way to destroy evidence on your computer…

As to what you have been viewing?

Is NOT by stabbing it wait a sword.

Freakin moron.

The fact that this scum (below) is exactly that?

Not surprised…

Given crime he was suspected of perpetuating.

[via The Blaze] When FBI agents entered a Florida man’s home with a search warrant in their investigation for alleged child pornography, he man made a move to destroy the evidence in a most unconventional way. Kamil Mezalka, a 21-year-old from the Palm Coast, stabbed his computer with a Samurai sword.

[...]Here‘s more on what took place during the search of Mezalka’s Flagler County home earlier this week:

According to a federal affidavit, agents obtained a search warrant Tuesday for the man’s Lansdowne Lane home and entered the residence after nobody answered the door.

After agents made their way into the house, Mezalka came out of a second-floor bedroom with his hands up, then went back in and closed the door, the affidavit shows. Agents followed him into the room and found him in his underwear and observed him stab the console of his computer before taking him into custody, according to the affidavit.

Idiot. Idiot. Idiot.

Riddle me this: Why does it seem like FL is one of the worst state for such scum? (Florida ranks fourth in the nation in volume of child pornography. )

But bright side, FL, thanks to New York’s new law…

You are about to be bumped down a spot.

[via MSNBC] Viewing child pornography online isn’t a crime, the New York Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday in the case of a college professor whose work computer was found to have stored more than a hundred illegal images in its Web cache.

The court dismissed one of the two counts of promoting a sexual performance of a child and one of the dozens of counts of possession of child pornography on which James D. Kent was convicted.

The court upheld the other counts against Kent, an assistant professor of public administration at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.

Pedophiles will be leaving today
They want to be a part of it, in…
New York, New York!

Honestly…

What the hell is wrong with you, New York?

I would say, via this ruling, and the subsequent flood of pedophiles you will get to your state as a result…

You are about to get exactly what you deserve.

But, then again, you know what, you Liberal Judge yahoos…

It’s not YOU who are going to suffer in the aftermath of this pathetic ruling.

The children of New York will.

You should be ashamed of yourselves…

As well as have your personal proclivities examined, because from here on out?

Yes…

They will definitely be suspect.

Scumbags.

The lot of them.

  1. I notice how reports on the child pornography are raising.
The first guy is not only a pervert but kind of crazy too. He used Samurai sword to destroy the evidence and before that he used the sword to protect his mother.
there is one thing I will never understand and that is child pornography.
The ruling in New York is a serious misjustice. Somebody higher should intervene.

    • No, what he did was destroy the monitor… But the evidence wasn’t in there. ;) So it all worked out, I’m sure.

As for the horrible court decision in NY? Its a travesty. Absolutely. But considering the state of NY? Oh, this ruling will probably stand. NY is becoming more and more like CA every day. Just a utterly hopeless state. No way in Hecate would I ever live there. Ever. Ugh.

      • He destroyed the monitor? Idiot.

I bet the judge was bought. I am surprised that the “college professor” didn’t claim he was studying the subject for some thesis.
Funny what you said about New York, I was thinking today how New York looks like big human zoo to me and that I wouldn’t want to live or even to visit there. Big places full of people are not attractive to me.

      • Problem? It wasn’t just one judge that voted for this. Click the link, read the rest of the article. Its actually pretty horrifying. But hey, its New York so I don;t suppose I should be too shocked. And still… :?

      • He had 13,000 saved images of girls. I don’t think I saved that many images/data/ever. or click that many links.
        It’s sicking.
After I read the rest of the article it could be they voted that way so that law could be changed to include the deleted files. The whole new law has to be written with technology evolving.People and their criminal activities are always in front of the laws and justice. New crimes need new laws.
