The way to destroy evidence on your computer…
As to what you have been viewing?
Is NOT by stabbing it wait a sword.
Freakin moron.
The fact that this scum (below) is exactly that?
Not surprised…
Given crime he was suspected of perpetuating.
[via The Blaze] When FBI agents entered a Florida man’s home with a search warrant in their investigation for alleged child pornography, he man made a move to destroy the evidence in a most unconventional way. Kamil Mezalka, a 21-year-old from the Palm Coast, stabbed his computer with a Samurai sword.
[...]Here‘s more on what took place during the search of Mezalka’s Flagler County home earlier this week:
According to a federal affidavit, agents obtained a search warrant Tuesday for the man’s Lansdowne Lane home and entered the residence after nobody answered the door.
After agents made their way into the house, Mezalka came out of a second-floor bedroom with his hands up, then went back in and closed the door, the affidavit shows. Agents followed him into the room and found him in his underwear and observed him stab the console of his computer before taking him into custody, according to the affidavit.
Idiot. Idiot. Idiot.
Riddle me this: Why does it seem like FL is one of the worst state for such scum? (Florida ranks fourth in the nation in volume of child pornography. )
But bright side, FL, thanks to New York’s new law…
You are about to be bumped down a spot.
[via MSNBC] Viewing child pornography online isn’t a crime, the New York Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday in
the case of a college professor whose work computer was found to have stored more than a hundred illegal images in its Web cache.
The court dismissed one of the two counts of promoting a sexual performance of a child and one of the dozens of counts of possession of child pornography on which James D. Kent was convicted.
The court upheld the other counts against Kent, an assistant professor of public administration at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.

Pedophiles will be leaving today
They want to be a part of it, in…
New York, New York!
Honestly…
I would say, via this ruling, and the subsequent flood of pedophiles you will get to your state as a result…
You are about to get exactly what you deserve.
But, then again, you know what, you Liberal Judge yahoos…
It’s not YOU who are going to suffer in the aftermath of this pathetic ruling.
The children of New York will.
You should be ashamed of yourselves…
As well as have your personal proclivities examined, because from here on out?
Yes…
They will definitely be suspect.
The lot of them.
Control a robot…
By the mere wave of your hand?
Oh, yes…
My robot loving friends.
It IS possible.
[via Techstructable]Plenty of anime fans have longed for the chance to ride in a mech of their own, and now a Japanese firm is trying to make that dream come true with Vaudeville — a giant robot that you can control with Kinect or through your mobile phone. The 12-foot-tall bot weighs around 4,500 kilograms, and there’s a cockpit that you can strap into and control its movement, which includes some form of Kinect integration (though the details aren’t exactly clear). But you’ll also be able to manage Vaudeville remotely by connecting your phone to a miniature version of the robot, that you then manipulate by hand. The machine was originally expected to be completed last winter, but it looks like there are still some kinks to work out so you should expect to see it finished later this year. And when it is ready Vaudeville will be available for sale online — and you can even order a custom version equipped with anything from a fire-fighting water gun to full-body camouflage paint job.[Read More]
And not only possible?
Now…
It is about to be even easier.
[via Zdnet] If you think that Microsoft’s Kinect motion controller for the Xbox 360 is amazing, then you’re going to love this.
Microsoft Research has developed a new gesture-based motion controller that makes use of the Doppler effect to detect in-air gestures done around the device. The project is called SoundWave and what’s particularly interesting about it is that it doesn’t need any additional hardware in order to work.
Instead of a Kinect-like sensor bar, SoundWave utilizes the existing speakers and microphone built into a PC or notebook to detect gestures. The speakers emit inaudible tones in the 18 – 22 KHz range. SoundWave then uses the microphone on the same system to pick up these tones as they are bounced back by moving objects, such as a hand. These tones are passed through a detection algorithm and any frequency shifts detected are processed to figure out what the gesture made in front of the system was.
These gestures are then translated into specific actions that are carried out on the PC. [Read More]
Not sure how definitively this control could lead to our sure to be upcoming Robert apocalypse?
But I see the possibilities…
Seeds of resentment that could be planted as a result of such control.
So keep that in mind while making that ‘Bow To Me!’ hand motion to your bot…
They, the robots, will remember.
And?
It could, after all, one day be your very undoing!

Horrible…
They should be ashamed of themselves!
Mothers distributing fresh milk (*gasp of dismay*) and fresh produce (*shocked swoon*) to family in need?
Absolutely criminal!
[via NaturalNews]Minneapolis, MN — Several Minnesota mothers who organize community access to local
fresh farm foods plan to risk criminal charges by openly and publicly defying warnings from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA). The MDA has threatened several mothers, conducted investigations against them and sent them warning letters that if they continue helping provide fresh food to their friends and neighbors, they will be subject to criminal charges and prosecution. The MDA alleges the Mothers are violating food-handling regulations. [In other words? The government has NO access to the much needed taxes they would get from these items]
Dozens of individuals who are disgusted with what they regard as MDA’s overly aggressive tactics are expected to join in the same activity as these mothers.
“It is absolutely outrageous that during this time of economic crisis our state government is investigating and sending warning letters to mothers and putting farmers on trial who are helping provide communities with fresh foods. It is my right to contract privately with a farmer for the food of my choice just as it is the right of every American,” says Melinda Olson a mother and recipient of one of the MDA’s letters. “The MDA’s harassment against mothers will not work. We plan to ignore this warning and continue operating as we are. MDA should not waste taxpayer money investigating, prosecuting and jailing peaceful farmers and mothers for helping their communities secure fresh foods. Our time to stand up against this tyranny is now!”[Read More]

How about THIS(below)?
[via HuffPo] BEIJING — China will reinvestigate allegations that Chinese-made drug capsules containing
powdered remains of dead babies are being smuggled into South Korea, state media reported Tuesday.
Ministry of Health spokesman Deng Haihua said an investigation launched last August found no proof that such capsules were being manufactured in China, the official Xinhua News Agency said. Some people believe the capsules can cure a variety of diseases.
Deng said in a statement that China would investigate again following new reports of such pills being smuggled into South Korea, Xinhua reported.
The statement was not posted on the ministry’s website and calls to the ministry rang unanswered.
The Korea Customs Service said Monday it had seized capsules made in northeastern China from dead babies whose bodies were chopped into small pieces and dried on stoves before being turned into powder.
Deng said Chinese health departments would work with police, customs agencies and commerce authorities to investigate the latest claims, Xinhua said.
The South Korean customs agency began investigating after receiving a tip a year ago. No sicknesses have been reported from ingesting the capsules. [Except, you know, for the MENTAL ones. Yikes!]
South Korean customs officials have refused to say where the dead babies came from or who made the capsules, citing possible diplomatic friction with Beijing. [Read More]
Distributing dead baby pills?
Huh.
Kinda makes distributing fresh milk and produce…
Not so bad by comparison, doesn’t it?
Yeah…
Lighten up Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA), will ya?
Before you make us all MAD.
Jeez.
Politics, for some people?
It’s all they have.
Politics is their job, their entertainment & their ultimate romance. They live it, they breathe it…
It’s their life’s blood. They have absolutely NOTHING else significant in their life, because what other obsession are they suppose to pursue while living in their mom’s basement and because they don’t?
Some of the stupid political posturing that they do, makes the rest of us who only moderately (And that is on a GOOD day) follow politics, desperately want to toss a monkey-crap-missile at the lot of ‘em.
Am I referring to anything in particular?
Yes…
The sheer freakin’ hypocrisy that is THIS (below).
Que Liberal Media outrage:
[via Gawker] Mitt Romney Declines to Correct Crazy Woman Accusing Obama of ‘Treason’
What do you do when your party’s base is made up of scared old white people who believe that the president is a traitor? You never, ever, ever correct them, and you talk a lot about God. Take Mitt Romney’s example!
“We have a president right now that is operating outside the structure of our Constitution,” the audience member said to applause. “And I want to know — yeah, I do agree he should be tried for treason — but I want to know what you would be able to do to restore balance between the three branches of government and what you are going to be able to do to restore our Constitution in this country.”
Romney didn’t correct the woman, choosing instead to address the question she posed.
“Well, as I’m sure you do, I happen to believe the Constitution was not just brilliant but probably inspired. I happen to believe the same thing about the Declaration of Independence,” said Romney. “I would respect the different branches of government if I am fortunate enough to become president.”
Romney later said that “of course” he doesn’t believe that Barack Obama is a traitor: “I don’t correct all of the questions that get asked of me.” No, of course not. [Read More]
Oh, how dare Romney NOT say anything, right?
Of course, Republicans see NOTHING wrong with the situation in any way.
And so the Liberal Media shakes their head in disgust, “Bad, bad Republicans.”
Now?
Que Conservative Media outrage:
[via Breitbart]…did you know that at an Obama event (presumably his campaign kick-off this weekend) “a handful” shouts of “traitor” directed at Romney could be heard by the mainstream media? Well, not if you get your news from the mainstream media, because they chose not to report it.
Yesterday, while the Romney supporter’s question of treason heard ’round the world was amplified in every MSM outlet desperate to help their struggling Precious One, Zeke Miller of Buzzfeed Politics tweeted this out:
This morning, a citizen journalist sent me the link to the tweet and immediately I went over to the BuzzFeed Politics site to see if they had bothered to write a story on it, and found nothing (I also asked Miller via Twitter if they had reported it and as of now I’ve not heard back). [Read More]
Seriously, guys…
Really?
How is it, ANY of you people miss the hypocrisy of anything and everything you all say…
On a daily basis and be OK with it?
Must be due to some unknown ”politics *hearts* hypocrisy” rule, which us average folk haven’t been clued in on…
Thank you, G A W D !!!!
